Catherine joined the BVRLA as Senior Policy Advisor in 2019. She leads the Association’s work on Decarbonisation and Future Mobility, with a keen focus on EV charging infrastructure and how we best support the transition of commercial vehicles.
Catherine has worked in senior policy roles for over 17 years and has experience of working within private, public sector and not-for-profit organisations.
Prior to joining the BVRLA, she worked for the British Retail Consortium, where she held the post of Head of Crime and Security policy.

Matt Croucher is the Chief Commercial Officer at Believ, a fast-growing UK charge point operator part owned by Liberty Global (the owners of Virgin Media/O2) and the Treasury, and on a mission to ensure everyone has access to convenient EV charge points and can make the switch away from internal combustion engine vehicles, including those without access to off-street parking. Prior to joining Believ Matt was the Zero Emission Mobility lead at WSP, one the world's leading planning and engineering consultancies. His experience in the EV sector stretches back thirteen years to 2009, working on a wide range of projects with public and private sector clients. Matt's route into EV's was as a transport planning consultant, and previously with a broader sustainable transport remit as WSP’s Sustainable Transport Lead, before going on to specialise in EVs as the sector has matured. He has nearly 20 years' experience as a transport planner, working closely with Local Authorities across the UK. He has been fortunate to work across a wide range of sustainable transport solutions, including active travel, behaviour change and travel demand management, public transport and car clubs, as well as on roadspace reallocation and air quality related schemes.

Andrew Mouat is the Head of Smart Mobility at Scottish Power, where he is responsible for a range of domestic and commercial propositions. He is a recognized advocate for advancing smart mobility across the UK and spearheads initiatives in sustainable transportation. Andrew started deploying charging infrastructure whilst at Glasgow City Council and oversaw what was, at the time, the largest Local Authority Charging Network in Scotland. With over 15 years of experience in the sector, he has developed excellent technical understanding of EVs and their infrastructure and he is dedicated to integrating smart technologies that enhance electric vehicle infrastructure and promote green energy. His strategic vision and leadership have been instrumental in driving ScottishPower's commitment to a cleaner, greener, better and sustainable future.

Greg is a Chartered Engineer and Energy Modeller, who started his career in the Energy Industry in 2003. He specialised as an Energy Modeller and has worked in fields including energy storage modelling, energy trading, EV portfolio modelling, EV chargepoint demand and location forecasting, flexibility markets and business games.
Greg joined Cenex in 2018 and is currently the Principal Technical Specialist for Modelling and Analysis. He continues to further Cenex’s modelling capabilities, developing and using models to provide actionable insights for challenges in the zero-carbon transition. He led Cenex’s contribution to the Sciurus project, the world’s largest domestic V2G trial, providing evidenced based modelling on V2G economics. He also designed and led development of Cenex’s in house chargepoint forecasting and deployment model. He co-authored the book “An Introduction to Vehicle-to-Grid”.

After studying Performing Arts at university Alun became heavily involved in the production side of theatre leading to working as a sound engineer immediately after graduating (with 2:1 honours).
Alun began working for ElectrAssure on a casual basis until May 2009 when he became their apprentice and, after qualifying became their operations manager. He has since become a director and taken on the responsibility of the day to day running of ElectrAssure and is the first point of contact for their customers, suppliers while continuing to lead the electrical teams on site.
Alun is a City & Guilds qualified electrotechnical engineer with 18th edition wiring regulations qualification and Inspection and Testing qualifications alongside the EV charger installation and several expert installer certificates and was proud to be awarded the EV Champion at the Greenfleet Awards 2019.

Sukky Choongh graduated from Kings College London in 2010 with an MSc in Environmental Health and has previously been employed by the London Borough of Islington as air quality officer. She was also the project manager for Low Emission Logistics, a multi borough Mayors Air Quality funded project led by Lambeth Council.
She joined SMMT in July 2017 as Environmental Policy Manager and leads on air quality policy, regional engagement and decarbonisation of heavy duty vehicles.

Gary is the host and founder of The EV Musings Podcast: a podcast about renewables, electric vehicles and things that are interesting to electric vehicle owners.
