Grace Carroll is a Senior Consultant at Engage Consulting, a firm of subject-matter experts with 25 years of experience in the energy sector, where she specialises in EV infrastructure, flexible energy, and industry training. Between 2021 and 2024, she was OZEV's head of Home, Workplace and Destination EV charging policy, where she introduced policies which have delivered 100,000s of charge points. Grace is especially interested in the role a smart, flexible energy grid has in the transition to EVs and Clean Power 2030 through innovative demand-side response offerings and strategic planning. Before working in the EV sector, Grace worked on priority projects in various government departments, including EU-exit preparation, COVID-19 response, and device regulation.
