Charlotte is an experienced economist and strategist who has worked across a range of government departments and policy areas, with a keen interest for economic policy and understanding how the decisions government and regulators make impact the public. Charlotte has been Head of Electrification Strategy at Ofgem since October 2023 and leads a team to identify and resolve strategic issues to support effective adoption of low carbon technologies, including EVs, and deliver an efficient transition to net zero.
